May 30, 2026 is the last day to submit an application for the Connecticut Energy Assistance Program (CEAP)
CAAWC will be accepting applications for the season of 2025-2026 the following ways:

- Fuel delivery or authorizations deadline is Tuesday, April 1, 2026.
- Last day to submit deliverable fuel bills will be, Tuesday, June 17, 2026.

- Electric, Natural Gas, Oil, Kerosene, Wood, and Wood Pellets CAAWC will be taking applications until May 29, 2026, the link below is where you can find the application to submit with the backup documents for processing.

- The Liquid Assets Test is suspended for the 2025-2026 CEAP program year.
- Risk Assessments for Safety Net benefits are suspended for the 2025-2026 CEAP program year.
