Energy Season is Here!May 30, 2025 is the last day to submit an application for the
Connecticut Energy Assistance Program (CEAP) .
CAAWC’s Energy Assistance Program helps individuals and families pay their home heating bills.
Energy Assistance 2024-2025 Season
September 1, 2024 – First day for a household to apply for the program.
November 1, 2024 – First day for fuel deliveries that can be paid by the program.
April 1, 2025 – Deadline for fuel authorizations or deliveries.
May 30, 2025 – The last day that a household can apply to establish its eligibility for benefits.
June 17, 2025 – Last day to submit deliverable fuel bills.

You can either apply online or call our office to set up an appointment, the deadline to apply is May 30, 2025 and the link to schedule an appointment for the Energy Assistance Program.

If you are in need of assistance for your primary heating source such as:
Electric, Natural Gas, Oil, Propane, Kerosene, Wood, and Wood Pellets CAAWC will be taking applications until May 30, 2025, below is the link where you can find the application and submit it with the backup documents for processing.
